- Add your client and items. Type each product or service with its quantity and price. Tax, discounts and totals are worked out for you.
- Choose a design. Pick Modern, Classic or Minimal and a colour that matches your brand.
- Download or save. Download a PDF to email or print. With a free account, it's saved so you can edit it, copy it or mark it paid later.

When do I need a credit note?
When you refund a customer or reduce what they owe on an invoice you've already sent.
Should I delete the original invoice?
No. Keep it, and issue a credit note that refers to its number.
Does it show VAT?
Yes, if you add a tax rate to the items.
Is the invoice generator free?
Yes. You can make and download as many invoices as you like, with no watermark.
Do I need an account?
No. Without one, your work is kept in this browser. A free account saves your invoices, business details, clients and templates so you can use them on any device.
Can I add VAT or GST?
Yes. Set a tax rate on each item. If your prices already include tax, tick the box and we'll work it out backwards.
