- Add your client and items. Type each product or service with its quantity and price. Tax, discounts and totals are worked out for you.
- Choose a design. Pick Modern, Classic or Minimal and a colour that matches your brand.
- Download or save. Download a PDF to email or print. With a free account, it's saved so you can edit it, copy it or mark it paid later.

What should a receipt include?
Your business name, the date, what was bought, the amount paid and how it was paid. All of these are here.
Can I add VAT to a receipt?
Yes. Add a tax rate to each item and it's shown on the receipt.
Is there a watermark?
No. Receipts are free with no watermark.
Is the invoice generator free?

Do I need an account?
No. Without one, your work is kept in this browser. A free account saves your invoices, business details, clients and templates so you can use them on any device.
Can I add VAT or GST?
