Questions people ask

How much quality will I lose?

At 500 KB most documents look the same as before. Only large photos are shrunk.

Can I choose a different size?

Yes. Pick 100 KB, 200 KB, 1 MB, or type any size under Other.

Is it safe for private documents?

Yes. The PDF is processed on your device and never uploaded.

Why do application forms have size limits?

Government, exam and job portals often accept only small files, for example a photo under 50 KB or a document under 200 KB.

What if my file can't get that small?

We'll tell you the smallest size we could reach. For PDFs, removing pages you don't need helps; for photos, cropping out the background helps.

Does the photo keep its dimensions?

We keep them when possible. If the limit is very small, we also reduce the width and height and show you the final size in pixels.
