What is a purchase order?
A document a buyer sends to a supplier to order goods or services, listing what's wanted, the price and when it's needed.
Is a purchase order the same as an invoice?
No. A purchase order is sent by the buyer before delivery; an invoice is sent by the seller to ask for payment.
Can I number my purchase orders?
Yes. Numbers like PO-0001 go up automatically, and you can change them.
Is the invoice generator free?

Do I need an account?
